Isaac Buckell

DOB: December 10, 1999

Height: 175cm

Weight: 65kg

Favourite location I’ve ridden: Whistler, Canada

Hometown: Bendigo, Victoria

2016 Goal in cycling: Recover fully after braking my elbow and aim to do well at National Road champs in September.

Interests away from cycling: Motorbike riding, wakeboarding, dirt jumps, snowboarding

My discipline Is: MTB XCO, Road, and Track racing

I started racing BMX at the age of four before moving on to the MTB, Road and Track racing around the age of ten. I love mixing it up, I believe this way its harder to get sick of a certain discipline in cycling, you just love them all. This is my first year in the TORQ Merida team and it has been awesome so far. The support from the coaches and managers has helped me a lot with being most prepared for all my races. The team is always wanting to have fun which is a great atmosphere to be around.
