Returns Policy

TORQ's guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item. Send the item(s) unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item(s). Please note: we can only refund you for unopened and unused items. Any missing or used items will remain chargable.

Also, we cannot accept responsibility for the cost of your return to us, unless the items are defective and clearly not 'as described' or 'fit for purpose.' We do recommend that you return any faulty/unwanted items by guaranteed registered post. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items that go astray in the mail.
